Biography

Christopher FitzPatrick is an associate in Joseph, Greenwald & Laake's Civil Litigation Group. He focuses his practice on medical malpractice cases, representing individuals who have been injured because of the negligence of others or by the wrongdoing of medical professionals.

An experienced and skilled trial lawyer, Christopher devotes a tireless focus to preparing his clients' cases for trial-from carefully reviewing client's medical records to interviewing experts and preparing witnesses to testify at depositions or trial. Christopher has experience in trying and litigating a wide range of medical malpractices cases, including birth trauma from labor and delivery, failure to diagnose various types of cancer, and clients having been injured by improperly conducted surgeries by physicians and hospitals. Christopher also has experience in the areas of commercial and contract litigation, employment discrimination, criminal defense, and matrimonial and family law. In each case, Christopher takes pride in the thorough preparation and individualized attention JGL's trial team puts into helping the client achieve success.
