Prior to initiation of employment, they will assist our client, guiding the candidate or prospective employer through the process of negotiating an agreement that will provide certainty in future employment relations, ensuring that the agreement is valid under federal, state, and local laws, including the federal Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA), and that our client is receiving maximum benefit from the agreements. • How quickly stock options will vest
• A severance agreement with timing of severance payments clearly delineated and in compliance with the Older Workers Benefits Protection Act
