Attorney Jay P. Holland is a member of the Maryland State Bar Association Labor and Employment Section, co-chair of the Prince Georges County Bar Association Labor and Employment Section, a member of the Planning Board of the Maryland Employment Lawyers Association, and a member of the Maryland and National Employment Lawyers Associations. He has focused on employment law and whistleblower cases for nearly eighteen years and has lectured extensively on Whistleblower/ Qui Tam and Employment Law issues. Mr. Holland has an impressive record as an employment litigator in the federal courts of Maryland and Washington, DC.

Attorney Timothy F. Maloney is a member of the bar associations of Maryland, Montgomery
County, Prince George's County, and the District of Columbia. Mr. Maloney was a member of the Maryland General Assembly from 1979 to 1995 and is a seminar speaker on a variety of legal topics.
